This Privacy Policy describes how Global Indian Gaming Studio collects, uses, protects, and manages information when you use our games and related services. By downloading, installing, launching, or otherwise using any Games published by Global Indian Gaming Studio, you expressly consent to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy. This is a studio-level policy applying to all current and future titles, including mobile, desktop, and cloud-based games and services. Acceptance is a condition of using our online features; offline features may still be used without an account.
Offline / Story-Based Games: We generally do not collect personal information from players. All progress and save data are stored locally on the player's device unless they opt into cloud save or account-based services.
Online / Multiplayer Games: We may collect limited data such as username, email address, hashed authentication tokens, device identifiers, IP addresses, and gameplay metadata to enable multiplayer sessions, sync progress, and provide support.
Non-Personal & Diagnostic Data: We or our partners may automatically collect device model, OS version, performance metrics, error logs, and aggregated usage patterns to fix bugs and improve compatibility.
Advertising & Identifier Data: If our Games display advertisements, ad networks may collect device identifiers and advertising IDs. Their practices are governed by their own privacy policies. Players may opt out through device-level ad preferences.
Offline modes work entirely on the player's device with no account creation or server communication. Online modes require connectivity and may involve transmission of limited player data for features such as matchmaking, cloud saves, leaderboards, and social interactions. We clearly label online-only features and prompt players before requesting any information.
Our Games request permissions only when necessary. We will never request access to sensitive device features such as contacts, camera, or microphone unless a game feature explicitly requires it and is clearly explained. Permissions may be revoked through your device settings at any time.
Information is used for the provision, improvement, and protection of our Games — including account management, gameplay balancing, bug fixes, ad relevance, and anti-cheat enforcement. We do not use collected data for purposes unrelated to operating or improving our Games without prior consent.
We integrate third-party SDKs including platform providers (Google Play Services), advertising networks (AdMob), analytics tools, and cloud storage providers. Each third party operates under its own privacy policy. GIGS is not responsible for third-party practices; players are encouraged to review those policies.

Our games are intended for players aged 16 years and above. Some games may contain fantasy violence, mild blood effects, or intense combat sequences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from users under 16. If found, it will be promptly deleted. Parents and guardians should review game content before allowing younger audiences to play.
We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined here, or to comply with legal obligations. We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards including encryption in transit and at rest. No system is entirely immune to attack; if a breach occurs, we will act per applicable laws and notify affected users.
All intellectual property under the Global Indian Gaming Studio banner — including game code, artwork, logos, characters, music, and narrative content — is owned or licensed by GIGS, protected under copyright, trademark, and other IP laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without express written permission.
GIGS reserves the right to update, modify, or replace this Privacy Policy at any time. Material changes will be reflected in the Effective Date and communicated via in-game notices or email where possible. Continued use of our Games after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
GIGS operates globally. Personal data may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries other than your residence. We take steps to ensure international transfers comply with applicable data protection laws, including standard contractual clauses where required.
When we update this Privacy Policy, the revised version will be posted here with an updated Effective Date. Users who do not agree with the updated policy should discontinue use of online features and contact us to request account closure.
